Online Yoga Classes

I have been teaching Iyengar yoga for 30 years! During this time of lockdown and isolation I am offering my students and others to join in a 1 hour yoga class.

 
 
 

Booking

Class Preparation

Please wear comfortable clothes and have a clear space for a yoga mat. Bring a blanket or yoga block if you have it and a yoga belt too!

All the usual recommendations stand... i.e. do not eat for a couple of hours before the class.

By signing up to this class you agree to the following disclaimer.

When online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first.

Similarly if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practice only. The practice of yoga asanas requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. In following this programme/sequence, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries  or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result.

All class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by me. If you wish to reschedule a class you can do so by clicking on Change/Reschedule link on the class confirmation email to another class.

The Zoom Meeting will start 10 minutes before the class start time. Once the class has started we won’t be able to add additional late comers.

Booking a Class - You will only be able to book up to 1 hour prior to the start of the class

To book a single session

  1. Click on your preferred date

  2. Click “Continue”

  3. Proceed to pay via PayPal

To book multiple classes

  1. Click on your preferred date

  2. Click “Add a Time”. This then generates a list of all your dates.

  3. When you have selected all the classes you want to attend, click the “Continue” button.
